"As a HOBY ambassador, I gained the confidence to make decisions, speak my mind, and be an empathetic leader. Ten years later, as a dedicated HOBY volunteer, I have used these tools every day to communicate my thoughts and feelings effectively and passionately. I truly believe that everyone has the opportunity to be a leader and I'm so proud of the work we do at Massachusetts HOBY to inspire our community each year."
